Bill Wright joined Georgia Living Management, Inc. in 2009 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Bill is responsible for achieving overall financial performance of Georgia Living Senior Care. His direct responsibilities include oversight of community operations, state level compliance, budget approval and financial review, company expansion through new locations, risk mitigation, and team support.
Bill came to GLM with seven years of long term care experience as a licensed nursing home administrator. Prior to his service in long term care, Bill’s experience consisted of various operations management positions in logistics and advertising fulfillment.
Bill is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in Economics. He also has a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Bill and his wife Allison have been married for 14 years and have three young boys, Daniel, Nathan, and Benjamin. He enjoys traveling with his family, gardening, and raising chickens in his backyard.
Per Holtze began with Georgia Living At Home, LLC, a Georgia Living Senior Care company that provides individual personal care to seniors, in February of 2015 as a corporate Operations Director before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November of 2015. Per is responsible for increasing overall financial performance achieved by growing market share, opening new locations, leadership development, implementation of effective systems and procedures, budget writing and oversight, and coaching his team to excellence in client service and human resources.
Per has an entrepreneurial background in the hospitality and sales & marketing industries, having recently owned and operated a full-service hotel, and previously launched a sales company in Chicago that represented Fortune 150 clients to small and medium size businesses. Additionally, his varied professional experience includes commercial real estate, risk management, four diamond hotel operations, non-profit fundraising, and quality assurance in the technology sector. Per is also involved in local community leadership, having graduated from leadership development programs and has chaired the boards of numerous business and nonprofit organizations.
Born in Germany, Per has lived on four continents and enjoys international travel and adventure sports. He met his wife Jessica while they both attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a Certificate of Finance in 2001. Together they attend Grace Community Church, where Per serves as an elder, and have four young children, Lily, Adalia, Paxton, and Gabriella.
Gina Drown was hired as the corporate Operations Director at Georgia Living Management in early 2015. She made an immediate positive impact in several operational areas including managing expenses, developing and implementing new processes and procedures, and managing operations for financial performance. As Operations Director, Gina’s basic responsibilities include identifying operational areas that can be improved and implementing the appropriate programs and procedures to accomplish results. Additionally, she monitors budget areas of all communities, such as labor, revenue, and expenses, to ensure compliance with profitability targets.
Gina came to GLM with over 20 years of healthcare and long term care experience in marketing, public relations, facility management, and regional level management. She held various facility and corporate level positions with Primrose Senior Living, Emeritus Senior Living, Brookdale Senior Living, Assisted Living Concepts and Liberty Senior Living.
Gina graduated with a Bachelor degree from the University of South Carolina. She has completed numerous programs in Dementia Training, Sales and Marketing Training and Medication Management. Gina is a certified Alzheimer’s Support Group Leader, certified as an Assisted Living Administrator in the state of Colorado, has received two nominations for the ALFA National Hero Award, and was an Emeritus Senior Living Family Values Award Winner. She is married to Kip Drown and has two adult daughters.
Kay Lawrence joined Georgia Living Management, LLC in September 2016. Kay has over 15 years of successful marketing experience – primarily in healthcare and long term care with multi-building marketing leadership. She started her professional career as a part-time employee and over time worked various marketing jobs of increasing responsibility, most recently serving in the role of Senior Director of Outreach and Education for a 60+ facility skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization in Georgia.
Kay’s experience makes her uniquely qualified to understand every level of marketing in order to support creative, effective, efficient plans that produce results. Her passion is leading others in their success through equipping them to develop internal and external marketing programs that yield growth along with customer and employee satisfaction.
Kay has earned top honors for excellence in leadership and sales, consistently exceeding goals throughout her career and positively impacting organizational growth. She has been an active community partner serving in leadership roles for various boards and service organizations.
Kay holds a degree in Business from Georgia Southern University and a Certificate of Marketing Leadership from Cornell University. She and her husband, Robert, reside in Greensboro, and enjoy life on the lake, entertaining and traveling.
Ronda Rittschof joined Georgia Living Senior Care in 2009 as Financial Director. She is responsible for all organizational financial functions including accounting, treasury, financial reporting, client billing, payroll, and accounts payable.
Ronda is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ronda has been married to her husband Kent for 25 years. They have one son, Collin, who is currently attending college. They enjoy many outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking and hiking.
Ashton Holloway began with Georgia Living Management in 2012 as the Building and Facilities Director. His principle duties and responsibilities include management of new construction projects and asset management of seven assisted living facilities, each with over 28,000 square feet of private and common living space. Construction projects currently include completing a 38,000 square foot assisted living facility located in Kingsland, GA. Past projects include a 35,000 square foot facility in Richmond Hill, GA, and two separate construction additions each totaling 7,600 square feet focused on memory care. Construction management responsibilities range from estimating, sub-contractor bid management, architectural supervision and design management, on site construction management, bank relations and payment process management, and interior design selections.
Ashton came to GLM with eight years of career experience in construction design and management for both residential and commercial projects. He has a Master of Architecture and Minor in Electronic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. He also has a Master of Business Administration from International University of Monaco in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Ashton enjoys regularly re-growing his beard.
