Senior Director of Operations

Gina Drown was hired as the corporate Operations Director at Georgia Living Management in 2015.  Now, as the Senior Operations Director, Gina’s basic responsibilities include identifying operational areas that can be improved and implementing the appropriate programs and procedures to accomplish results. Additionally, she monitors budget areas of all communities, such as labor, revenue, and expenses, to ensure compliance with profitability targets and regulatory agencies.

Gina came to GLM with over 20 years of healthcare and long term care experience in marketing, public relations, facility management, and regional level management. She held various facility and corporate level positions with Primrose Senior Living, Emeritus Senior Living, Brookdale Senior Living, Assisted Living Concepts and Liberty Senior Living.

Gina graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.  Gina has certifications in Alzheimer’s Care and Life Enrichment Programming and is certified as an Assisted Living Administrator in the states of Colorado and Georgia. Gina is one of 2 individuals in Statesboro that holds credentials as a Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL) which is awarded by Argentum, the National Senior Living Association.  She has received two nominations for the ALFA National Hero Award, and was an Emeritus Senior Living National Family Values Award Winner. 

She is married to Kip Drown, who is a retired college basketball coach, and they have four daughters and one son.

Chandler Dennard joined Georgia Living Management, Inc. in 2017 as the Executive Director of Willow Pond Senior Care before moving to his current role at the GLM Corporate Office. In his role, Chandler is responsible for community operations, marketing strategies, budget approval and financial review, as well as leadership training development.

Chandler came to GLM with over 20 years of experience in education administration. He has extensive experience in market development, operations management, and team building. In 2010, Chandler co-founded and serves as CEO of the Rockin’ Out Alzheimer’s Disease Foundation. A non-profit, The ROAD Foundation is one of the state’s leading fundraisers for Alzheimer’s research, education, and caregiving.

Chandler graduated in 1990, from Georgia Southern, with a degree in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations. He earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Troy University in 2003. Chandler and his wife Kem (GS 90’) have been married for 32 years and have two daughters (Kaylee and Lauren), two sons-in-law (Hunter and Jarret) and three grandsons (Pierce, Knox, and Cade), and two granddaughters (Adelynn and Parker).
