Memory Care
The Seasons Memory Care environment at Willow Pond has been purposefully and specially designed to aid those with cognitive challenges caused by memory impairment, dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our safe, 11-bed community features secure entry and exit doors and a 24-hour monitored emergency response system. Large windows and a welcoming porch at Willow Pond ensure residents get plenty of natural sunlight which helps reduce anxiety among residents as they transition gradually from day to evening. Each resident’s suite is designed with a memory box outside the suite as a helpful visual cue. In addition, a creative Plunder Room provides active tactile stimulation for our Willow Pond residents’ long-term memory.
Respite Care
Respite care can be an excellent option when families need to travel, attend to personal needs, or simply take a break to recharge their batteries. Often following hospital stays or an illness, seniors need short-term accommodation in a senior living community. This convenient option at Willow Pond allows your family to have peace of mind while your loved one recuperates and is well again. We offer comfortably furnished suites and around-the-clock attention and care. This close-knit community offers everything you’ll need to pursue your hobbies, make friends, attend events, and get the most out of your retirement by living maintenance-free in a new, active independent living community for seniors 62+ years of age. Cottages are single-story approximately 1200 square feet with 2 bed / 2 bath and fully equipped stainless steel appliances in kitchen and a full sized washer and dryer. Each cottage will have a garage and screened porch with professional landscaping and lawn maintenance; cottage maintenance and repair services and trash services are also included.
